Graphs of 2 installations monitoring the same hardware are different.

Hello there

I migrated MRTG from one to another Server.
Unfortunately there are small differences in all the graphs. Somethimes there is a Difference of one Mb but mostly the graph looks the same.
Would you say, one of the two is more accurate or is it more likely that there is something wrong with the new installation?
Or could it be that this is caused by geographical distance one server has to the hardware?
